Cowboy Love | Engagement Session

You may or may not know that I grew up in a family of cowboys, that I spent the weekdays in the city and the weekends on my father's ranch. Yep - horses, cowboy boots and hats wear a big part of my childhood and they filled some of the sweetest memories I have from that time. Now in that note, you can just imagine how this charming western engagement session has grabbed a hold of my heart strings in a big way and I don’t see it ever letting go. That’s more than alright with me, though, because this shoot is filled with everything that makes my little cowgirl heart go pitter patter. Meg Courtney certainly worked her camera magic on this beautiful Calgary, Alberta engagement photo shoot. L . O . V . E !

{Real Wedding} : Abril +Eloy by Lemonmaple - Day After

Prepare to be swept off your feet by a super rustic, perfectly western and all around gorgeous day after session.  This vintage trash-the-dress shoot is coming to me all the way from my lovely hometown, Chihuahua Mex.  The country may be different but the amazing desert backdrops and western details look very, very familiar.  It was photographed at the groom’s family ranch and Abril, the beautiful bride, styled every single last detail of this day to perfection.  She is a creative, artistic soul (and a graphic designer) if I ever saw one and lemonmaple photography snapped these stunning pictures to prove it.

{Engagement Session} : Hayley + Tony by Ideology Photography

Is it just me, or is Old Mesilla some magical place that produces beautiful images bursting with personality? Maybe it’s just the super talented Jessica of Ideology Photography that made me realize the enchantment of this little town and it's surroundings that once were as wild as the west ever was. This engagement shoot is filled to the brim with light hearted moments, fun-filled New Mexico scenery and the kind of adorable chemistry you can’t fake. It’s the absolutely perfect way to get your weekend off to a sunny start!

Keeley + Brad : Stephane Lemaire Photography

When I see old-west details integrated into weddings I go crazy about it. But, you probably know that already. Keeley and Brad got married at the New Mexico Farm and Ranch Heritage Museum in Las Cruces. This is a magnificent location to get married, embrace the heritage and history of this area and add a unique accent to your special day. Stephane Lemaire is responsible for these beautiful images. I’m always looking forward to publishing Stephane’s weddings. He’s without a doubt a first-class photographer. I encourge you to click on his ad on the right side of this page; it will take you straight to his website where you can appreciate more of his excellent photography. Enjoy!
