We finally decided on our final menu for the reception and I am so excited about it. It's going to be absolutely delicious and we're getting a great deal on the food.
We're serving all of this up as a buffet dinner.
Spring salad -- Baby spring greens, dried cranberries, roasted almonds, red onions with asiago cheese, and our herb shallot vinaigrette
Chicken parmesan pasta dish served with Italian bread
Roast beef carving station served with dinner rolls, country green beans, and garlic mashed potatoes
I'm so excited for this menu and can't wait to see what our guests think.
