We were having a hard time deciding what we wanted to do with our aisle. I really wanted an aisle runner, but knew that was out because the ceremony was taking place on grass. That's where rose petals came into play. I decided I wanted an aisle decorated with rose petals.
We got our rose petals from FreshRosePetals.com. They were shipped overnight and arrived the next day, cooled and stuffed in containers. There were very few petals that were turning brown.
I stored them in the refrigerator until the day of the wedding to preserve the freshness.
My coordinators then took the petals and made a gorgeous decoration on the aisle.
DeeDee was very helpful while I was trying to make a decision on the rose petals. She helped me pick a color that went with our color scheme (we went with the light pink) and she after I sent her a picture of the design, she helped us determine how many petals we would need to do that amount of coverage.
Very helpful company and I would definitely recommend them if you're looking to line your aisle with rose petals.
