Are you available on our wedding date?
How long have you been a coordinator?
Tell me about an emergency you have had to handle on the wedding day?
How do you charge?
Do you offer packages? If so, what is included in each?
How many times will we meet before the wedding? Is there a time length for these meetings?
Do you have a back-up in case you can not make it to our wedding?
Will you be at the rehearsal? Is there an extra charge?
How will you be dressed?
Have you worked at our venue before?
Have you worked with our vendors before?
Will you help set-up the ceremony and reception sites?
What time will you arrive on the wedding day and what time will you leave?
What is the deposit?
What is your cancellation policy?
Please add any other questions you would like to ask a day of coordinator.
